Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible
Data controller: We make AI work s.r.o., IČO 29697115, Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. C 152497. Contact: service (at) wemakeai.work.
This policy covers this website only. Our individual products (Totolix, DoToday, Enjoy here, Poker AI and others) are separate services with their own privacy policies; opening one of those links takes you to a different site with its own rules.
2. Our default: minimise
We collect as little as we can, technically and legally. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, and we do not profile visitors or track them across sites. This is not a promise about intentions — on this website it is a description of the code: the page loads no third-party scripts, no fonts from a CDN, no tracking pixels and no embedded content. The only images are our own project logos, served from this domain — they are files, not beacons, and they report nothing back.
3. What we collect and exactly why
Everything is in this table. If it is not in the table, we do not collect it.

There is no row for cookies, accounts, form submissions, location or payment data, because this website collects none of them. The counts in the third row are the closest thing to analytics here, and they are deliberately not analytics: we cannot tell how many people visited, whether you came back, what you looked at before, or where you came from — only that a card was opened, some number of times.
4. Who else touches the data (processors)
- Scaleway SAS (France — Paris region) — hosts this website (the origin behind the edge below) and writes the access logs described above. Your request reaches it from the edge together with your IP address, so it necessarily sees it too. A French company processing the data in France: no transfer outside the EU is involved.
- BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia — Ljubljana) — the edge in front of this website: the authoritative DNS that answers “what address is wemakeai.work?” and the CDN that terminates your HTTPS connection and passes the request on to Scaleway. As the first hop it necessarily sees your IP address; it injects no script and sets no cookie. A Slovenian company operating in the EU: no transfer outside the EU is involved.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace) — the mailbox that receives anything you send to our contact address.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp) — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. It carries the message, end-to-end encrypted, and as the WhatsApp service it processes your phone number under its own privacy policy: for that it is an independent controller, not our processor. Meta is a US-owned company; nothing reaches it unless you open the chat yourself, and email remains available as the EU-only route.
Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use the data for its own purposes. We use no other processors for this website. If that changes, this list changes in the same release (§8).
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to service (at) wemakeai.work and we will act within 30 days.
An honest note on access requests: for a plain visit we hold nothing that identifies you and no way to connect a log line to you, so there is generally nothing to give you. If you have emailed us, we do hold that correspondence and can show, correct or delete it.
You may complain to the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz.
6. Cookies and consent
This website sets no cookies. It uses no localStorage and no
sessionStorage. Verified against the live response: it returns no
Set-Cookie header at all.
One thing does use browser storage, and we would rather name it than let you find it: this site can be installed as an app, and to work offline it keeps a copy of its own pages, icons and stylesheet in your browser’s cache storage, placed there by a service worker. That copy is the website’s own files and nothing else — no identifiers, no record of what you looked at, and nothing is sent anywhere. It never leaves your device, and clearing site data in your browser removes it.
That is why you see no cookie banner here. A banner asking permission for something we do not do would be theatre, and consent obtained for nothing is not consent. If we ever add anything optional — analytics, for example — it will run only after you opt in, per purpose, and this section will say so before it ships, not after.
7. If you decline everything — the honest trade-off
There is nothing to decline, and therefore nothing to lose. Beyond the technical logs needed to serve you the page, the email or WhatsApp message you choose to send us, and the anonymous card counts in §3, we track nothing: no profiles, no advertising, no cross-site anything. The counts hold no identifier, so there is no version of them that is about you, and nothing to opt out of.
If you would rather we did not process your message at all, do not send one — the email address and the WhatsApp number in the contact section are the only channels this website has.
8. Changes
Any change to this website that touches data — a new feature, a cookie, a new processor, a form, a payment flow — updates this policy in the same release. The version and date at the top always tell you where you stand.
9. Language
This policy is published in English and Czech. Both say the same thing; if the wordings ever differ, the Czech version governs, because Czech law governs the relationship.
