Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective from 26-08-2026 · Applies to the website wemakeai.work

The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no accounts, no forms and no payments. There is nothing to accept and nothing to decline. What remains is unavoidable: the servers that deliver this page write technical logs, and if you email us, we read your email. Both are described below, in full.

1. Who is responsible

Data controller: We make AI work s.r.o., IČO 29697115, Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. C 152497. Contact: service@wemakeai.work.

This policy covers this website only. Our individual products (Totolix, DoToday, Enjoy here, Poker AI and others) are separate services with their own privacy policies; opening one of those links takes you to a different site with its own rules.

2. Our default: minimise

We collect as little as we can, technically and legally. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, and we do not profile visitors or track them across sites. This is not a promise about intentions — on this website it is a description of the code: the page loads no third-party scripts, no fonts from a CDN, no images, no tracking pixels and no embedded content.

3. What we collect and exactly why

Everything is in this table. If it is not in the table, we do not collect it.

WhatWhy (purpose)Legal basisKept forWhere
Technical server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, response status Deliver the page, keep the site up, spot abuse and errors. Not linked to any identity, because we hold no identities. Legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) — operating and securing a website Short operational retention at each provider (days, not months); we keep no copy of our own Cloudflare edge; origin server in the Netherlands
Network error reports: IP, the failing URL and the error type, sent by your browser only when a request to this site fails Cloudflare Network Error Logging (NEL). It tells the network operator that delivery broke. Successful visits report nothing. Legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) — network reliability Per Cloudflare retention Cloudflare
The content of your email, your address, and anything you choose to put in it To read and answer you. Nothing else — no newsletter, no list, no CRM. Art. 6(1)(b) pre-contractual steps where you ask about our services; otherwise legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) — answering correspondence As long as the correspondence is live, plus a reasonable period; then deleted Google Workspace (EU)

There is no row for cookies, analytics, accounts, form submissions, location or payment data, because this website collects none of them.

4. Who else touches the data (processors)

Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use the data for its own purposes. We use no other processors for this website. If that changes, this list changes in the same release (§8).

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to service@wemakeai.work and we will act within 30 days.

An honest note on access requests: for a plain visit we hold nothing that identifies you and no way to connect a log line to you, so there is generally nothing to give you. If you have emailed us, we do hold that correspondence and can show, correct or delete it.

You may complain to the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz.

6. Cookies and consent

This website sets no cookies. It uses no localStorage and no sessionStorage. Verified against the live response: it returns no Set-Cookie header at all.

One thing does use browser storage, and we would rather name it than let you find it: this site can be installed as an app, and to work offline it keeps a copy of its own pages, icons and stylesheet in your browser’s cache storage, placed there by a service worker. That copy is the website’s own files and nothing else — no identifiers, no record of what you looked at, and nothing is sent anywhere. It never leaves your device, and clearing site data in your browser removes it.

That is why you see no cookie banner here. A banner asking permission for something we do not do would be theatre, and consent obtained for nothing is not consent. If we ever add anything optional — analytics, for example — it will run only after you opt in, per purpose, and this section will say so before it ships, not after.

7. If you decline everything — the honest trade-off

There is nothing to decline, and therefore nothing to lose. Beyond the technical logs needed to serve you the page and the email you choose to send us, we track nothing: no analytics, no profiles, no advertising, no cross-site anything.

If you would rather we did not process your email at all, do not email us — the address in the contact section is the only channel this website has.

8. Changes

Any change to this website that touches data — a new feature, a cookie, a new processor, a form, a payment flow — updates this policy in the same release. The version and date at the top always tell you where you stand.

9. Language

This policy is published in English and Czech. Both say the same thing; if the wordings ever differ, the Czech version governs, because Czech law governs the relationship.
